I have decided to make this FAQ in order to spare me & all the other Mornia Staff Members from repeating the same things over & over again.
More questions & answers will be added as soon as we find more that will fit here



1.I go in game and I get disconnected every 2 minutes , why ?

There are several causes why this can happen , you dident got the latest updates , u got items that request a level that u do not have .

How to fix this ?

• Run the game from LAUNCHER , that will ensure that you have the latest updates of the client.
• Remove any items that ingame have a red background , those are items for which u need a certain level to wear them and if u do not have it u will get disconnected

2.My launcher is detected as a virus , is it safe ?

Yes the launcher is safe , it is detected as a virus because it automatically start to download updates when u start it.Its nothing to fear about as it is just a false detection.
Some protection software or antiviruses are so wrongfully build that they can not distinguish between an actual virus and an updater.Whatever downloads something automatically upon startup they define it as a virus , which is wrong and false !
Do not let the antivirus delete it because else way u wont be able to get the latest updates and u will get disconnected from the game.

How to prevent launcher to be deleted ?

• Exclude mornia folder from antivirus scanning , this way the antivirus will not scan that folder & wont detect a virus
• Close your antvirus while playing/installing mornia

My launcher has been already deleted what do I do ?

• Delete all Mornia folder
• Follow the steps listed above so u will prevent a deletion
• Reinstall Mornia.

3.Can i be added to gold/black list ?

Absolutely NOT when you request it ! That is a list which is operated by GM/FM in order to note the most good/bad players when they consider it should be noted

4.What are the max stats in this server ?

Max stats in Mornia are 32000

5.How much does reset and pk reset cost ?

Character reset -200 milion
PK rset ? 150 milion

6.Will you increase zen drop ?

Absolutely NOT.

7.I am wearing items with lvl 380 option and I get disconnected why ? Will u fix it ?

There is nothing to fix about it , it is working properly.You can not wear something that request a level that u do not have .
So if u want the option to stay lvl req will stay , if u dont want lvl req dont complain about lvl 380 option being bugged and chaos combination dont work because that option named 380 option from the chaos machine needs the items to request lvl 380 in order to go on them and i wont disable that , create a bug and make a combination not work just so u can afk with that set on you.

8.Can u make the zen option on set work ?

The zen option on the set works , the fact that u don?t see the difference is because the zen limiter wont give you more that the max limit no matter how much zen option u got on you and I suppose now all of you get the same max amount of zen.
So if it will work other way u will still get the same amount of zen (800k) not more just the others will get less because they don?t have the zen option.U wont get more than 800k zen under any circumstances anyway.


9.Can u make new spots and add more mobs ?

Yes i can ! Just i am not able to do that in this server because the max number of mobs has already been reached so theres no way there will be more mobs than there already are after u vote for 5% more mobs.So new spots are useless because the numbed of mobs is the same and i will just create afk land & lag land.

10.How do i update my game ?

Simple but do as i say cos else u wont manage

1-DISABLE or DELETE your antivirus (delete it if u dont know to configure it cos thats responsible for deleting ur launcher)
2-DELETE Mornia
3-REINSTALL Mornia
4-RUN The shortcut from ur desktop and the updater will start
5-LET IT UPDATE
6-CLICK "Connect Enabled"
7-Click CONNECT

11.Can u show me proves ?

No ! We are not forced to show you any proof at your request unless you are banned (as we do not need to gather any prooves except of when we operate a ban) , case in which the proves are posted in forum so every one can see them at any time.

12.Can u add the updates as a pack in the download section ?

NO ! I am sorry but for security reasons i can not do that , Mornia runs ONLY trough LAUNCHER !

13.I cant add point to my skill tree / I cant learn anymore spells . Why ?

If you already are 3rd class character with lvl 400 and marlon quest done for your last reset then you have too many spells/skills learned - MG and sm can not have all possible skills and spells learned because they simply dont have space for all those + skill tree and when the limit is reached any point u add in skill tree wont stay there .

If this is the case i suggest the following :
-Reset spells (your skills will be erased but all your master points will be given back)
-Learn only the skills and spells from skill tree
-Max out the skill tree
-For as much space you have left learn the skills and spells you consider important

14.I Have lag , what should i do ?

The lag is a delay in the communication between you and the server.
If you usually dont have lag , and suddenly it hits you , there is nothing much you can do because lag is a chain of events , its maybe not something entirely at your end but maybe on the route till the server or at your ISP.
If this is something you experience on a regular basis then check out your pc , make sure is not overloaded , make sure that your connection works good outside of your country as well and and ultimately hope it wont happen again because its not entirely in your hands.
The routes , ISP , distance till server and many many other factors may cause slight lag so unless you live in the data center where the server is hosted you are a potential subject to lag (this does not mean you MUST have lag , it means you CAN have lag because of various reasons which you and us can not control)

15.I can login in website but i cant login in game , why ?

Username and password are CASE SENSITIVE , it means that if your username is "daniel" and you write it as "Daniel" or "daNiEl" it will not work . Same for the password . You have to write it exactly as you write them when you registered with the appropriate caps

16.Why i can not find all the items in the points calculator ?Is it a mistake ?

It is not a mistake , not all of the game items are available trough vote points exchange.


17.I cant start Mornia Mu Online , every time i try my client closes and a browser window pops up with an error , what should i do ?

18.Why after i use Life Swell on my bk i see less HP than i previously had ?

A HP bubble can not contain more than 32k health . So when you got more than 32k , another bubble starts and goes on top of the previous one.

For example : if your hp = 65k => you will have 3 bubbles
1st bubble -32k (you wont see)
2nd bubble -32k (goes on top of 1st)
3rd bubble -1k(Goes on top of 2nd )
You will see only 1k hp (the 3rd bubble) , all the others are covered by this one , so you only see the last !

So in your case ,what you see is only the last bubble , thats why you see only 3289
Party someone and press P to see your TOTAL HP

19.What is dupe ? When i have dupe do i loose my items ?

A duped item is a copy of an original item which you can not use and which needs to be deleted.
When you have dupe both the original item and the copy will be blocked and can not be used or moved . You will not loose any of your original items because we will only delete the copy and unblock your original item so that you can use it again without any problems as before.

20.I had my items in the machines and i got disconnected , then i came back they disappeared.Can i get them back ?

Unfortunately not , you can not get them back because it is normal that they are lost when you get disconnected.It is not the servers fault that you had an issue and lost connectivity to Mornia MU Online at that time.
Your items are gone due to the fact that they were not in your possession when your got disconnected and the machines DO NOT wait for you to come back and take them . If items remain in the machines and you get disconnected for whatever reasons the machine purges the items and you can not retrieve them .
That is perfectly normal , is not a bug and it will happen in any online game you play. Items which are not in your possession when you get disconnected will not be saved and therefore when you come back , you will not have them.

21.I logged fast into the game many times, i got disconnect and now i can not login for 1 hour . Why ?

Re-logging fast,client open => connect => close => open => connect and many of this type are considered an abnormal behavior which is detected and blocked but automatically unblocked after a certain time.
Im not sure of this is your case , but its a possibility . If this is the case you just need to wait until you are unblocked , there is nothing that you or us can do about it except to try not to relog "fast after each other" and same as the majority does not have this issue im sure you wont have it as well is this is what you are facing
