Auto Dupe Delete

Dear Players,
I saw some of you have issues with duplicated items.
In case you dont know what those are i will explain for all :

19.What is dupe ? When i have dupe do i loose my items ?

A duped item is a copy of an original item which you can not use and which needs to be deleted.
When you have dupe both the original item and the copy will be blocked and can not be used or moved . You will not loose any of your original items because we will only delete the copy and unblock your original item so that you can use it again without any problems as before.

Because we want you all to play undisturbed and not to waste time coming in forum and ask for items unblock and dupe delete and then wait until we do it manually , we have enabled auto dupe clean in our server.
When dupe occurs for you , this service will automatically delete copies of your items and unblock your original items immediately so that you can continue to use the originals as if nothing ever happened .

GM how u will know if that items are dupe?? im surprise my seto pants and gloves are gone after i upgrade to +10 and just put in my vault coz there is no space in my inventory..and i got extra for that items which is +0 and my +10 items are gone? how will i have dupe items if i got that in VOL (season 5)..i dont know!! im sooooo upset of what happen...now i dont have my items anymore..i still didnt relog..hope u will help me bout this..thank you!

now that u mention this i had some lvl2 elf wing desapear out of vault 10 after i just made them. maybe sorting is wrong with vault 10

yeah it said illegall action then kicked me off but the auto dupe did happen twice to me one with my valcano set but it deleted my phantom set then with my dragon knight set and bone blades then thats when i got kicked.

You got kicked and your Volcano set was delete from vault 2 because you have the original set equipped on your character with name 001101 in this moment.

We have logs of everything that was deleted and as you can see you still have your original set, so you did not lost any items.
Only the copys of original items are deleted

Please NEVER lie again about loosing original items because you are 1 step away from being banned for fraud.
