Few months back, I donated to upgrade a semedenui set+chrono ring and pants to +15, is it possible to make it FO? I mean how is that? which service should I use? and how much would it cost me?

Nice nice, i hope this will spice things a bit because players of today have 0 skills at pk ..(long live ts and hope my pot's won't stop).i just hope this will strengthen the pvp stile .

it is not possible to add or remove exc options from already existing items

one question, i just saw on donation ancient items, that are complet+so on
now question is: like hyon, will also receive the swords?, or just set? included on that money

Every set will receive the components listed in "ancient sets full index" which can be found in the ancient sets donation page

A full list of all available sets and what each set contains can be seen in website=> shop => Ancient Items => Full ancient items List.
The delivery will be according to that list.

Your example is based on 2 sets which are to be delivered separately as they are not part of the same set.

Complete Hyon set + Ancient+FO - 1 complete set (contains Hyon Helm, hyon gloves, hyon boots , hyon lighting sword , exc armor , exc pants)
Vicious Parts+ancient+fo - separate set parts (choose what parts you want from the vicious set)

You can see the donation amount for each of them in website=> shop => Ancient Items .
We can not replace the exc items from Hyon set with Vicious parts . If you want vicious parts you need to donate for them separately as they are from another set and we can not supply them to you instead of the exc parts of hyon.

But as a general answer to your question , yes , you can receive like that but not as a single complete set because what you ask is a combination of 2 different sets.
So if you donate accordingly , you can receive it and use it however you want on your character.

Recycle service is only available for FO items now includes ancient+fo.
Simple ancient items were never a part of recycle system and therefore they can not be recycled
