Allow small wings to be traded

As the title suggests, can you enable the trade of small wings? I mean the little tiny ones, like the ones in the PCPoint store.

The reason I'm asking is it was a friends birthday and as a surprise I bought a tiny wing from the PCPoint store for them but to my dismay, it couldn't be traded. I shudder to think the number of bok+1 we'd have to go through to get small wings haha.
