How to Report a bug
In order for a bug that you find to be successfully reported and to have a chance of being repaired here are some of the steps you need to follow when you make a bug report
1.- Error description.
2.- How to reproduce error.
3.- You must TEST before submit, if cant be reproduced then bug will be REJECTED
4.- You MUST take screenshots or make fraps video to show the bug so we can see it and reproduce it
5.- Tell us the account name or character which has problems or on which the bug appears
6.- Full Description of Windows Operating System that you use.
