Jerridon Bug while removing Joh Opt!!!!

Greetings...

thats is no action for this..... Can i clarify what you said Alcander that its always happens once you Disconnect on the game,,and what if i or we are doing restoring or removing the Joh opt to our items then i or we disconnected on the game then it will be goned and never been return it doesn't matter if the items is +15+2opt or SFO+15.... then i suggest fix all the BUG!!!! to prevent and avoid this scenario cause theres so many bug on the game....

That is correct if you get disconnected and you got items in any of the machines they will be gone.
The fact that you loose connectivity to the game is not a bug.
If you loose connectivity to the game its normal that you dont find the items in the machine waiting for you when you come back, since they cant be saved as they are not in your possession.And therefore they are lost.
You did not get disconnected because of a bug , you got disconnected because of other million possible reasons and factors as if you would have gotten disconnected because of a bug , you couldn't stay in game at all.
We cant control when you loose connectivity to our server because we dont provide you with an internet connection or other utilities needed to maintain a permanent and uninterrupted connection to our server.
This will happen in any online game you will ever play , not only in Mu Online
Please do not open anymore threads in this section without following the bug report because you will receive infractions.

If you see so many bugs i wish to see same as many complete reports from you and they will be fixed , but i can not fix what is not a bug.
Whatever was reported and found as a bug was corrected in the shortest time possible
