Quest Bug xD

Hello dear Game Masters and Moderators I have problem with quest mobs in Refuge barracks there is nothing in the Refuge it's my SS's

if the mob has been killed you need to wait for it to respawn

not killed I waited about 30 minutes xDonly was me here

The respawn time for the dark elf is 3h , so therefore if it was killed you need to wait for its respawn
Thats not a bug
