Strange problem

I have a strange problem with my BM. In fact, the problem is that it is still a BK, and when I try to do the 3 quest, the Priest Devin not talk to me. I did the tests with other characters, who had already done the quest, the Priest says he has no more quest and those who did not send it back when you're stronger. But with the BK nothing happens.
He had already done the quest before the version change, it was BM, but when he changed the version back to BK. The skill tree is not displayed.
Reset the character and tried several times and he never talks to him, never shows the dialog box to do the quest.
Can anyone help me?
