Im sorry i dont seem to understand your terminology.
Anyway to try and answer
FO Hyon Set = Ancient Dragon Hyon Set + All Excellent options

If your set has Full Option , meaning if it has all excellent options you can recycle it , else-way its not possible because recycle service refers to FO items ONLY (items which have all the excellent options)

That set is not subject to recycle system because its only ancient , not FO+ancient, it does not have excellent options on the ancient parts.
