Big Problem With 3rd Quest

Hi Admins I need your help,I wanted to do the 3rd quest and so i went to the Priest Devin and took the mission,so the problem is that im 2 weaks trying to get the quest items and only items i get is (flame of death Beam Knight),Im Like 2 weaks trying to get the quest items from the Phoenix in the end of Icarus,and its just not falling,im kill him and kill him again and item just dont drops,and same with mobs in Aida it just dont drops!!!!!Its just killing me,somethings wrong here it cant be like that that im searching a long time and its just dont drop.So dear admins I Need your help!

It has been repeated over and over again and there's nothing wrong with the drop, you are just unlucky.
It's mainly because everyone is seeking the quest items right now and as you know the drop rate is general to everyone, not only you, so if you didn't get the item it means that someone else did.
