maybe i m wrong

i was 1 day at barrack in server4(vip membership) and i dont saw any empty to drop there exept some lvl1.

i just wanna know if is normal or empty drop only at server20?

Higher lvl seed spears usually drop, as I heard, in Crywolf and Land of Trials. However, they do and nothing is bugged. No worries .

sure i got at server20 but not at server4 i stand like 1 day and nothing

Barracks is not crywolf , if they drop in crywolf it will be quite impossible for you to get them in barracks even if you spend there 10 days....
So yes its really normal that they dont drop there
